Comment : Everything was extremely fresh, just that it's too expensive. I asked the waiter there to introduce what was fresh for the evening and her service was very good. The "worst" dish was probably the fish soup, but it was alright after eating so much food, especially the wagyu with strong flavour. It was a bit refreshing to have something with mild taste (though I would not order it again - might as well use the money to try sth different). Once again, don't really like how they don't list down the price of individual dishes so just had to trust them. Definitely high quality and high cost.
Sashimi platter
From top right to counter-clockwise..
- 針魚 (top right, semi-hidden) - in season =)
- 左口魚 (far right) - so-so. a bit too chewy
- 石"雕"魚 (left side of plate) - so-so. a bit too chewy
- 池魚 (bottom right) - nice =)
- 喜之次 (centre) - semi-grilled. extremely good
- nice and fresh
Toro (tuna belly)
- nice and chunky.
Oyster
- gigantic and fresh =)
Sushi
- yumm =)
- 飛魚 - it was in season, pretty good
- 平貝螺
- 海膽 - usually don't eat this, but it was not bad here. it was fresh so there wasn't that "fishy" smell.
- shrimps. my favourite =)
- forgot what this was called, but it's made of many small fish. bit slimy texture. pretty interesting.

Fish soup
- very very mild flavour almost felt like i was drinking water
- wasn't anything special.
Dessert - Ice Cream & Melon
- free ice cream. liked the chestnut the most. followed by the yuzu flavour
- the melon was ordered separately. can't really go wrong with it, guaranteed sweet.
