Comment : Overall good, but nothing special. Technically also had 小籠包, except forgot to take a picture. Meat and dough ratio is good, a lot of soup inside (and it's hot). the skin was actually very thin, except in comparison to a few years back when I tried this same place, it was even thinner. People worked extremely fast there.
- not bad, but nothing special.
Soy milk
- yum =)
醉雞 (Chicken in alcohol)
- was okay, but the alcohol was a bit too strong for me since I don't really like alcohol
- seemed like there's quite a few pieces of chicken inside, but technically all they did was cut cut into smaller pieces (ex. a chicken wing into 2 parts)
(Deep-fried dough)
- love it with condensed milk.
- only like the outer crispy part though, the inner part is too dough-like flavour
蘿蔔絲酥餅 (Shredded radish cake)
- nice and hot, but very filling

Comment : Not good overall. Going to a 茶餐廳 (Cha Chan Tang), I definitely did not expect much in terms of environment. This restaurant did seem relatively cleaner than average, though it may be because not many people were there when I went. The waiter didn't seem very friendly, so just like the typical ones. The food was too oily and it just didn't taste good even when I was really hungry. The toast really sucked because it was simply not crispy - even the corners - which is what i'm most eager to eat. Would NOT go there again.
燒鴨瀨 (Roast duck with glass noodles)
- way too oily, sauce was not good
- little meat
- soup base was too salty
西多士 (Western toast)
- too oily, yet not crispy enough
- had peanut butter in better (as expected)
- the syrup wasn't good either
random pic of the menu.
- 熱檸賓 ≠ "Hot Honey with vegetable"
- Hot Honey with vegetable = 熱菜蜜

Comment : I arrived around 9pm, past normal dinner time so the restaurant was relatively quiet. The environment was quite nice - every table was separated into its own section. The service was pretty good too, everyone was quite friendly and polite. The first thing the waiter gave us was a hot towel to wipe our hands which was very welcoming to me. The food in general was pretty good and the chef's choice of sushi was unexpectedly beautiful in presentation even though it lacks fish variety. The desserts were also delicious and the tofu tiramisu was interesting to try. It was slightly over-priced, but a decent meal overall.
Appetizer
- good way to start the meal =)
Uni Don
- very fresh uni
銀雪魚 Cod
- nice, but nothing special.
Chef Press Sushi - $350
- very beautiful presentation
- it would be better if there was more variety in fish selection though since I usually expect a chef's selection to have more variety
- the chef placed cucumber slices in the middle of the rice, which was quite good because the sashimi didn't feel as filling. but the rice was still slightly too thick.
Japanese fruit platter - $120
- sweet and delicious as expected, especially for the price.
Milk pudding
- hokkaido milk
- very smooth texture and the taste was perfect (both the sweetness and milky flavour)
Tofu Tiramisu - $70
- wasn't really tiramisu, but more like tofu pudding with coffee syrup on top. pretty good though
