Comments : The food was very fresh indeed, but not really worth the price. The service was good as the waiter was very polite and made some suggestions about what/how to eat. It would be even better if they refilled our tea more often. I sat at a corner beside the window, but the curtains were shut, so no view at all. The place is owned by Japanese people, and there are also Japanese customers as well. There was a big party the day I went and they sat in the room next door, so it was very noisy especially because the place was not divided into separate closed rooms. It was an interesting experience for me since I got to try some new dishes that aren't as common in japanese restaurants in HK. There was a free choice of ice cream at the end, and they had a lot of interesting flavours that I wanted to try but forgot what they were, just ended up only trying yuzu and chestnut. One thing I didn't like about the restaurant is that the bill did not list all the dishes I ordered and only gave the total before and after service charge, but I guess this is only a personal preference.

Hairy crab.
- pretty good, though nothing special. but it would have been better if the chef opened it nicely so the meat is easier to pick out
Sashimi platter
- everything was very fresh, would be better if the sashimi was cut into thinner slices rather than chunks
- the scallop and toro were awesome

Toro
- this was supposed to be even higher quality than the toro in the sashimi platter, but I liked the one in the sashimi platter more.
- this one was very fat, but there was also some "筋" in it
牡丹蝦 (Botan ebi)
- my favourite
- so big compared to the normal sweet shrimp
Leather jacket fish + fish liver
- first time trying. quite interesting, quite good too.
- the meat was chewy and you're supposed to wrap the liver with the meat and then dip it into the sauce
Mixed tempura
- it was good, but nothing too special
Chestnut ice cream
- free
- first time trying and hearing it. love it.
Yuzu icecream
- free
- also first time hearing and trying it. also delicious. strong yuzu flavour

Strawberries
- ordered these separately
